Collection: Master Data Sets

Want to go deep with your integrations but don't have the time or the skies?  This has been my problem for years at my home site in northern Vermont.  We have very few clear nights, poor seeing and every year the light pollution seems to get worse.  This is why I went remote.  I currently operate my personal rig out of Howling Coyote Remote Observatories in Pie Town, New Mexico.

The site boasts world class seeing, frequently below 1", calm air, true Bortle 1 dark skies and an average of 300 clear nights per year.  Now, I can finally go as deep as I want to, to truly see what's lurking up there.

I've decided to offer the data sets that I create for those people who want to experience true dark site data with deep integrations but are not in a position to embark on that journey themselves.  Remote imaging is not for the faint of heart, and it's an expensive proposition.  When you consider the cost of the equipment and the monthly pier rental, it works out to about $10/hour for cost.  To generate a single deep integration set on a target it may cost upwards of $1,000 to $2,000 or more!

It is my hope that data sales can help support my goals of going deep and being uncompromising when it comes to truly exploring a target and getting the best low noise data possible.
